2- Preview- Once your design is completed, it will be sent to your email as a preview for you to approve or request revisions.

3- Unlimited reviews- Feel free to request changes until it is perfect.

4- Production- Once your design is approved, we move to production, which takes 2-3 days.

5- Shipping- Once your product is ready, it is carefully packaged and shipped to your home.

Do you have anyother products?

No, the only products we have are the ones available on the website.

Is it possible to include a background?

Unfortunately no, we only design people or pets.

I don't know which image to choose, can you help?

Of course! It's very important to choose the perfect photo, and we are more than happy to help. Just contact us via email or Instagram @unforgettableframe and send us your choices, and we will provide advice. It’s recommended to choose clear, well-framed, and high-quality images, as our designers will use these to create the illustration.

Is it possible to see the illustration before purchase?

No, our designers take a considerable amount of time to create your illustrations by hand, and for this reason, it is not possible to see the illustration before purchase. However, for your greater satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions until it is perfect.

Is it possible to change the photo after purchase?

Yes. Our designers start working on the illustration as soon as the purchase is made. For this reason, if a photo change is necessary, there is an additional cost associated with the work the designers did on the first illustration.

I didn't receive any email after my purchase, what should I do?

If you do not receive any email from us within 2-4 days, please check your spam folder. If you do not have any email, contact us at store@unforgettableframe.com

Do you ship worldwide?

No, our products are only available for the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Can I cancel or refund my purchase?

As soon as the purchase is made, our designers immediately start working on your design, for this reason, cancellation is not possible.
